Former The Bachelor contestant Selma Alameri has denied dating show host Chris Harrison but doesn't deny that she finds him attractive.

Rumors began flying the former seventeenth-season The Bachelor bachelorette and Harrison are an item after they were spotted together late last week at a bar in Los Angeles called Pearl's, E! News reported

"We happened to be at the same place but we were not together," Alameri told E! News. "He's a good friend and a sexy guy, sure, but we are not dating."

However, eyewitnesses of Alameri and Harrison's hangout session reportedly claimed the two were very flirty and Harrison even referred to her as his girlfriend at one point. While the pair arrived at the location separately, they also allegedly left the bar together later that night.

"They are interested in each other [but] it is very casual and new and can't really be categorized as anything yet," a source told the website, adding that the eyewitnesses were lying about the extent of Harrison and Alameri's interactions.

"It's totally not true that they were all over each other or that he was introducing her as his girlfriend. That did not happen."

But even if Alameri and Harrison were interested in starting a relationship, the source insisted Harrison might be too busy for romantic ties right now.

"Production is now happening on the new season of The Bachelor with Juan Pablo and so Chris won't have a whole lot of time for much dating for a while," the source told E! News. "Chris also makes it a priority to spend time with his kids."

Harrison announced in May 2012 he and his ex-wife Gwen had decided to end their marriage of 18 years and separate. They were college sweethearts who have two children together: 9-year-old son Joshua and 7-year-old daughter Taylor.

As for Alameri, she had previously been linked to former eighth-season The Bachelorette bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. News of their relationship first surfaced in February, but Luyendyk Jr. told Us Weekly the following month they had decided it was best not to date.

Sean Lowe eliminated Alameri from The Bachelor 17 in the process of narrowing down his bachelorettes to six women. Because of her failed relationship history with men involved in the ABC franchise, Alameri admitted she's currently looking for love elsewhere.

"I think I've had enough of those guys for now," she told E! News.
