Madison, a 25-year-old who won Peter Weber's heart on The Bachelor's 24th season but quit during their final date, shared what's been going on in her life over the past year in a video recently posted to her YouTube channel.

"Coming off the show, there was a lot going on and a lot I had to figure out," Madison said. "I kind of took this past year to just heal and work on me and work on just getting back to my best self, and I finally feel like I'm here!"

Madison shared she moved to Dallas with her best friend and has been working on soon-to-be announced projects after a breakup.

"I definitely was in a relationship for about eight months or so," Madison said. "But it just didn't work out; it just wasn't the right time. Who knows what the future holds."

"I've been on a few dates," she added, "which I guess is good."

Madison didn't identify her ex-boyfriend by name or disclose any other details, but she was believed to be romantically involved with Denver Nuggets basketball player Michael Porter Jr.

Madison and Michael were spotted cozying up to one another in October 2020 and posing for a photo with his sister Bri Porter and her husband, according to People.

Bri reportedly posted multiple photos of Madison on her Instagram account, one of which featured Michael and Madison gazing at each other. And in another picture, Bri said she was on her "[favorite] double date."

Madison reportedly commented on Bri's double-date picture, "Love you."

"I fully thought, as a 25-year-old, I would be married, I would have two kids and I would have my own house and I would have a heck of a lot more things figured out," Madison admitted in her YouTube video.

"I would love to find my husband. That is my No. 1, I'm so sorry, I'm just being honest, I'm just telling you guys. I would love to meet him this year, just meet him -- we don't have to be engaged or anything."

But Madison said she doesn't want to date or be engaged for very long.

"Let's just get married!" Madison exclaimed. "I'd like to date for six months, be engaged for three or four months. Let's just do the thing and get married."

Madison jokingly asked men to send in their applications.

"Tell me who you are, what you believe and all the good stuff," she said with a laugh. "Just kidding."

As for Madison's current projects, she said she's "so excited" to announce them soon.

"There's a lot of things I've been working on that I can't tell you guys quite yet, so hang in there and just wait... That's what's been taking up a lot of my time," Madison shared.

Madison also revealed that she lived at home with her parents prior to moving to Dallas with her best friend Jeanine.

"I was going to move to California, but I went and stayed out there for a couple of weeks and just did not feel at peace about it. I did not feel like that was my place," Madison said. "I was like, 'I do not belong here.'"

Madison gushed of Dallas, "This could be my home, guys. I really see myself here -- unless I find someone and move somewhere else."

Madison has also been spending her time public speaking at different churches, and she said she'd like to do more writing in the near future.

In June 2020, Madison explained the qualities and values she's looking for in her future partner.

"I would say my No. 1 thing, obviously, would be faith for me," Madison told Us Weekly at the time. "That's going to be something that's a make or break."

As shown on The Bachelor's 24th season, Peter and Madison constantly questioned if their relationship could make it long-term due to their different lifestyles and motivations.

Peter's mother Barbara Weber claimed Peter loves to party and is generally "spiritual," but Madison claims to have devoted her life to God.

Not only was Madison a virgin on the show -- and Peter had sex with Hannah Brown four times in the Fantasy Suite on The Bachelorette's fifteenth season -- but Madison said one of her biggest goals in life is to open an orphanage.

Madison also said she expects her future husband to be the religious leader of her family, and Peter admitted to the bachelorette his faith could be stronger.

Madison therefore told Us that having the "same beliefs" as her partner is "really important" as well as sharing a similar "vision and goals."

In addition, Madison said she wants a man who is "passionate about something" and "knows who he is and knows his purpose." She also desires a partner who pushes and challenges her -- someone she can be herself around.

Just two short days after The Bachelor's Season 24 finale aired on March 10, 2020 on ABC, Peter and Madison released separate statements via Instagram announcing they had decided to call it quits on their revived romance and go their separate ways.

Their relationship was "revived" because Peter asked Madison for a second chance after he called off his engagement to his technical The Bachelor winner Hannah Ann Sluss, who received Peter's final rose after Madison quit the competition.

Peter later reunited to quarantine with his fifth-place The Bachelor finisher, Kelley Flanagan, in Chicago amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, which resulted in a relationship.

Madison previously claimed on Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe that Peter traveled to Kelley's hometown of Chicago in March 2020 after Peter called and texted her asking to "get back together."

Peter, however, said there was more to the story, suggesting Madison was embellishing the facts.

Kelley and Peter went Instagram official in May 2020 and split in December of last year. The pair briefly got back together but then announced their decision to part ways for good around Valentine's Day in February 2021.

Peter and Kelley appear to both be single and living in New York separately.
