Teen Mom star Maci Bookout is expecting her second child.

"I started having very strange symptoms, like my legs were very itchy and I had tenderness in my breasts. So we got a test and it said I was pregnant," Bookout told In Touch Weekly.

Bookout apparently didn't believe her results because she was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome after giving birth to her now six-year-old son Bentley. Because PCOS makes it difficult for a female to conceive, the 23-year-old reality TV star took four additional pregnancy tests for proof.

"I didn't think that another pregnancy was possible," Bookout told the magazine in its latest issue.

The father is reportedly Bookout's boyfriend of two years, Taylor McKinney, and the couple is thrilled about their new baby, who is due in June.

"We still can't believe it. It was a huge shock, but we are very excited," Bookout said.

Bookout had previously been on and off for a while with her ex-fiance Ryan Edwards, the biological father of Bentley.

Teen Mom premiered on MTV in December 2009 after Bookout, Farrah Abraham, Catelynn Lowell, and Amber Portwood had their unexpected pregnancies chronicled on the first season of the network's 16 & Pregnant reality series.

MTV renewed Teen Mom for a fifth season set to premiere in 2015, according to Us Weekly, and all its stars will return with the exception of Abraham.
