Teen Mom 2 will return to MTV quickly following tonight's third-season finale.

In addition, a two-hour reunion special featuring Teen Mom 2 stars Chelsea Houska, Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, and Leah Messer will air on February 11 at 9PM ET/PT. The special will be hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky.
The fourth season of Teen Mom 2 will pick up right where the third season -- which airs its finale tonight at 10PM ET/PT -- left off, with Houska, Evans, Lowry, and Messer continuing to overcome the struggles of young motherhood and love.
Messer will attempt to deal with life after having a miscarriage, including what to do about her engagement to fiance Jeremy Calvert since she admits still having feelings for ex-husband Corey Simms. Messer and Simms will give their relationship another shot but she'll choose to go back to Calvert and marry him -- starting a new life for herself and twin daughters Ali and Aleeah.
Lowry will continue to fight for custody of her son Isaac and take Jo, Isaac's father, to court for a Protection from Abuse order following a physical altercation. Things will begin looking up for Lowry when she moves in with new boyfriend -- and current fiance -- Javi.
Houska will focus on beauty school but begin to feel pressure once her workload increases. She'll get back together with Adam, her daughter Aubree's father, but the two will fail to make things work. Afterwards, Adam will start dating again and Houska will take him to court in pursuit of custody.
As for Evans, she'll resume her on-again, off-again relationships with Gary and Kieffer in addition to her old partying ways and run-ins with the law. Evans will have trouble making time for her young son Jace.
The third season of Teen Mom 2 premiered on November 12. MTV has not yet made a decision on whether Teen Mom 2 will be renewed for a fifth season despite recent reports claiming the series is being canceled due to Evans' erratic behavior and frequent outburts.
