U.S. soap opera actress Susan Lucci Wednesday became the latest celebrity booted from "Dancing with the Stars."

Lucci's professional dance partner on the reality competition series was Tony Dovolani.

"Thank you so much," the 61-year-old "All My Children" vixen said as her fate was revealed and the audience gave her a standing ovation. "It was definitely worth it. I just have to say I had the most incredible experience here. I leave with a life experience -- something I will never forget. ... I want to thank all you wonderful audience members and fans who voted and kept me here for seven weeks."

Lucci's departure follows that of Cloris Leachman who was eliminated from the competition last week.

Still in the running for the mirror ball trophy, along with their professional dance partners, are Brooke Burke, Lance Bass, Maurice Greene, Cody Linley and Warren Sapp.
