Report: 'The Simple Life' star Nicole Richie gains weight, looks great

Friends of Nicole Richie say they've notice a difference since the American actress said she was seeking treatment for her inability to gain weight.

One person close to the actress said Richie gained at least five pounds, People magazine reports in its upcoming issue.
Richie, who dropped to 90 pounds before seeking treatment, appeared at the recent American Music Awards in Los Angeles looking "much healthier," one onlooker said.
Richie is ready to begin shooting the fifth installment of "The Simple Life," which was postponed because of her treatment, People said. Friend and "Simple Life" co-star Paris Hilton said Richie "looks better than she's ever looked. I love it."
