Report: Girlfriend dumps 'The Bachelor' producer over alleged scandal

By Christopher Rocchio, 01/14/2010

The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love producer who allegedly engaged in an "inappropriate relationship" with bachelorette Rozlyn Papa during the show's filming apparently lost more than his job.

The producer -- who has been identified as Ryan Callahan -- was also dumped by his girlfriend after she learned about the allegations, E! News reported Thursday.

"He had a girlfriend that worked on the show at the time," a source told E! News. "They were together, and he cheated on her with [Papa]."

Monday night's The Bachelor broadcast concluded with Papa being eliminated from the competition after being confronted by host Chris Harrison about the alleged "inappropriate relationship" during the episode.

Papa has stated the relationship with Callahan was not sexual nor even romantic, however Harrison has claimed Papa is "definitely not telling the truth" with her denials.

In addition, Harrison has stated Papa had continued her relationship with the producer, which she has also denied.

Callahan has had a rough year relationship-wise, according to RadarOnline, which reported Thursday that his estranged wife Stephanie Thorpe filed for divorce last May -- citing irreconcilable differences.
