Life is apparently about get a little more complicated for Denise Richards.

The Denise Richards: It's Complicated star will be participating in the upcoming eighth season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars, Life & Style Weekly reported Wednesday.

"She's super excited and has lost a few pounds to tone up and get in shape," an insider told Life & Style. "She's ready and thinks she can go all the way!"

Denise Richards: It's Complicated premiered on E! last year and chronicles the 37-year-old divorced actress' life as a single parent (Richards divorced Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen in 2007).

Despite less than impressive ratings, E! renewed It's Complicated for a second season in October.

Richards joins former Jackass star Steve-O and singer Jewel as celebrities who will reportedly compete on Dancing with the Stars' eighth season, which will premiere with a two-hour performance episode on Monday, March 9 at 8PM ET/PT.

ABC will officially announce Dancing with the Stars' eighth-season celebrity cast during the network's primetime programming block on February 8.
