Kim Zolciak claims her real-life persona is being sabotaged by her former publicist.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has filed a request for a protective order against her former representative, Jonathan Jaxson, E! News reported Friday.

Zolciak has accused Jaxson of changing the password and security settings for the website KimZolciakOnline.com to prevent her from accessing it before he allegedly posted a laundry list of lies about her, E! News reported.

While Zolciak could not be reached from comment, Jaxson claims he's the one in need of a protective order.

"Jaxson is in fear for his safety and has filed a police report with the Atlanta Police Department after threats were made concerning his well-being by Ms. Zolciak," a rep for Jaxson told E! News.

In addition, Jaxson filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Zolciak last week, claiming the aspiring singer owes him $15,000 in back fees and stopped paying his monthly retainer fee -- immediately voiding their contract, according to E! News.

Jaxson's rep added that his client also owns the website Zolciak has accused him of hijacking.

Bravo renewed The Real Housewives of Atlanta for a second season in December.
