Pia Toscano's singing career is off and running with a six-figure private gig in Los Angeles, TMZ.com said Saturday.

The former "American Idol" contestant will play a May 8 birthday party for a cool $100,000 plus limo ride to the venue, the Web site reported.

Sources said Toscano will only have to sing a short list of songs but had turned down the initial offer of $50,000.

The identity of the birthday honoree and the exact location of the bash remained a secret.

Toscano's early ouster from the current season of "Idol" was considered a shocker by the entertainment media; however, she quickly landed a record deal and is now getting her feet wet in the private engagement market.
