The pregnant Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took to Twitter on Tuesday to reveal her custom dress had caught fire following the Council of Fashion Designers of America awards Monday night yet Pharrell Williams and his wife saved her.

"S/o to Pharrell & Helen! After the awards the feathers of my dress caught on fire & they jumped on me to get it out," Kardashian tweeted alongside a photo of the threesome and Kanye West standing next to one another at New York's Lincoln Center.

The picture was also captioned with a fire emoji. It remains unclear where exactly this fire incident took place.

Kardashian tweeted before she appeared at the CFDA awards that her gown was the "sickest," but she probably wasn't thinking about it being flammable.

Kardashian and West, her rapper husband, presented Williams with the Fashion Icon award. Kardashian also presented Instagram co-founder Kevin Systrom with the media award, according to E! News.

Kardashian and West are currently expecting their second child together. They are already parents to North West, who was born in June 2013.

Williams has served as a coach on The Voice for two seasons now. His artist Sawyer Fredericks won the NBC reality singing competition's recently-concluded eighth edition.
