Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey's American Idol working relationship has apparently gone from bad to worse.

Minaj completely lost her cool during American Idol auditions in Charlotte, NC on Tuesday when she lashed out screaming and swearing at the show's producers and Carey, her fellow new female judge on the panel, TMZ reported.

According to a video obtained by TMZ, Minaj yelled, "I told them I'm not f-ckin' putting up with her f-ckin' highness over there" during an argument that reportedly broke out after the two divas disagreed over a contestant's performance.

Minaj also reportedly threatened to "knock out" Carey during the verbal confrontation, but the remark wasn't caught in the video footage.

In the middle of her rant, the rapper and singer additionally told Idol producers to allegedly "figure it the f-ck out," referring to her issues with Carey, as additional new judge Keith Urban sat silently between the two women and Randy Jackson stood and repeatedly urged Minaj to "settle down."

The show's producers reportedly decided to end the auditions early for the day after Minaj's tirade. The American Idol executives were "uncharacteristically upset" by the altercation and legitimately worried about the two new judges co-existing on the panel for the remainder of the season, TMZ reported.

Last month, reports surfaced Minaj and Carey had already clashed and "went at it" on the first day of taping Idol's upcoming twelfth season, but both judges subsequently denied the allegations during a press conference in New York.

"How can we feud in two days? I think a feud takes a little longer," Carey, who formally signed on as an Idol judge in July following the departures of Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler.

"It's wonderful, darling," added Minaj, who inked a deal last month to become a new judge on the show along with Carey and Urban as well as returning judge Jackson.
