NBC's 'Deal or No Deal' to premiere December 19, air four nights

NBC has chosen the week before Christmas to roll out its new game show "Deal or No Deal," it was announced Friday.

Comic Howie Mandel is the host of the game in which a player decides whether to keep an unknown amount of cash in a briefcase or take an offer from an unseen banker, Zap2it.com reported.
NBC said it will air the show on four consecutive nights in the 8 p.m. primetime slot starting Dec. 19.
The show originated in Australia.
