Married at First Sight star Henry Rodriguez says he had made a mistake in telling Amani that he wished Christina was more patient and a lack of patience is a dealbreaker for him.

Henry, a 35-year-old clinical recruiter from Arabi, LA, and Christina, a 30-year-old flight attendant from Houma, LA, were matched by Married at First Sight experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Dr. Viviana Coles and Pastor Calvin Roberson to wed on Season 11 of the Lifetime reality series.

During Wednesday night's episode of Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, Henry watched back a Season 11 clip in which Amani warned Christina that Henry viewed his wife as impatient and had said impatience is "a dealbreaker" for him in relationships.

Christina was upset because Henry had never shared his dealbreakers with her directly.

Unfiltered host Jamie Otis, who starred on Season 1 of Married at First Sight, asked Henry what it was like to watch that footage back.

"You know, it was not right of me to tell Amani things first that I should've addressed with Christina," Henry admitted.

"In my defense, I was going to address that very soon with her, but I shouldn't have done that in that order. And lesson learned!"

Jamie, however, asked Henry why he was able to be more open with Amani than he could be with his own wife, Christina.

"The vodka tonics probably helped," Henry noted with a laugh.

"Keeping it real!" Jamie said with a laugh.

"Unfortunately I do need a little nudging at times to kind of get me talking," Henry added.

"Amani was just asking things and I kind of let some things off my chest that I had kind of been wanting to say -- that was kind of bothering me up to that point."

Jamie joked she should call Christina and tell her to give Henry a vodka tonic before asking him questions about their relationship and future.

"It helped!" Henry confirmed.

Christina, an adventurous flight attendant, and Henry, a quiet and reserved gentleman who had never left the United States, found themselves trying to force a connection after their wedding, and Christina has been shown begging Henry to talk to her, open up, and initiate physical intimacy to progress their relationship.

When the pair met with Pastor Cal in a recent episode for a counseling session, Henry admitted his past relationships moved faster because "a certain type of chemistry just existed."

Pastor Cal told Henry that sassy Christina has some "fire in her gut" and "a little diva to her" that he could benefit from, but Henry was hung up on the fact Christina allegedly had the tendency to be very impatient and rude to the show's production team.

Christina promised a change in her attitude and irritability, and then she and Henry bonded over a game of golf and a subsequent salsa-dancing lesson.

In last week's Married at First Sight episode, Henry told a few of his co-stars that Christina looked "sexy" while dancing, and Christina gushed to the cameras, "Every day, I see something new about Henry that makes him more and more adorable."

However, Christina felt the need to confront Henry about the alleged "dealbreaker" he had discussed with Amani.

"Do you even see a future with me?" asked Christina, who was very disappointed in Henry's lack of communication with her. "I need to know if you're not into me."

"If you're asking me to make a decision right now, like, no," Henry replied.

"Then why even stick around?" Christina asked.

"If I'm going to make my choice now, then I don't see the point of the process. We have a lot of differences, like, the way we live," Henry shared, adding, "I don't know [if I can get over that], but I'm willing to try, even though it doesn't seem like it."

As Christina slowly proved she could be more patient, Henry revealed he was finally starting to feel chemistry with his wife and could see "a lot of potential" between them.

Dr. Viviana asked the couple to express themselves both physically and emotionally whenever possible. Viviana didn't want to see the couple get stuck in the friendzone or be passive with one another, so she asked both of them not to hold back.

Henry therefore started to become vulnerable with his wife, but the latest episode of Married at First Sight featured Henry taking offense when Christina said a man with a lack of confidence is a dealbreaker for her (considering Henry clearly struggles in that area).

Christina, however, promised to help take Henry out of his "unconfident world."
