TLC has announced the network will debut new tenth-season episodes beginning Sunday, April 8 at 8PM ET/PT.

The April 8 broadcast will be a special two-hour premiere, and the season will eventually conclude with "a star-studded finale," according to TLC.

Long Island Medium's tenth season left off in mid-December 2017, with a question mark over Theresa Caputo and Larry Caputo's marriage. Viewers followed the couple through their most emotional and personal journey yet.

Putting on a brave face, Theresa will continue to share her "gift" of healing and comfort, connecting with people who have lost loved ones and want to hear from them again.

While Theresa channels the departed, she will also search for answers in her own personal life.

During the premiere, Theresa will head to Fire Island and conduct a powerful group reading. And later, she and Larry will confront their issues and have an intense conversation about the future of their marriage.

Other highlights from the season will include a behind-the-scenes look at Theresa on tour as she travels across the country for her live shows, as well as a special "knock and shock" episode that will be full of surprises.

And the two-hour finale will feature readings for celebrities such as Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro, singer and songwriter Melissa Etheridge, actor Tituss Burgess, actor Robert Patrick, and former The Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels.

The series also allows fans to catch up with Theresa and Larry's children, Victoria Caputo and Larry Caputo Jr.

Long Island Medium is produced by Magilla Entertainment.
