Wrestling apparently isn't the only deceptive art Terrence "Hulk Hogan" Boella is good at.

Linda Marie Boella -- who filed for divorce from Hulk in November -- has accused her estranged husband of "legal shenanigans" in a divorce-related court filing last week, The Tampa Bay Tribune reported Saturday.

In the motion, Linda claims Hulk failed to provide documents on the transfer and accounting of the couple's money and also tried to talk her into signing a postnuptial agreement.

"There has been a complete lack of candor on the husband's side of this case," the motion states, according to The Tribune.

Linda's emergency motion for temporary injunction with notice is requesting a judge freeze Hulk's assets and also stop him from using any money from an August real-estate sale, The Tribune reported.

The seven-page motion claims the couple's "marital residence in Florida" was sold last August for about $10 million, according to The Tribune, which cited real estate records listing the Miami home's price at $17 million.

Linda claims in the motion that Hulk then introduced her to Tampa lawyer Les Barnett last September to represent them jointly regarding estate planning, The Tribune reported.  But instead, she alleges that Hulk and Barnett worked together to draft a postnuptial agreement the American Gladiators co-host wanted her to sign.

During subsequent discussions, Linda claims she inadvertently provided Hulk and Barnett "confidential information" that she feels could now be used against her in the couple's divorce proceedings, according to The Tribune.  Linda reportedly does not elaborate on the nature of the "confidential information."

Linda claims it was these "legal shenanigans" that led her to file for divorce from Hulk last November, asking for the equitable split of assets she owns with Hulk, including two properties in Pinellas County; a condominium that was being constructed in Las Vegas, Nevada; and other undisclosed assets.

According to the divorce petition, if Hulk and Linda's marital assets cannot be "amicably" resolved, the properties "should be partitioned and sold."

Linda described Hulk's behavior late last year as "suspicious," prompting her to remove $1.5 million from their accounts.  However she claims in the motion to have not spent any of that money. Hulk has also reportedly removed money from various Morgan Stanley trust accounts with the intent to return it, information Linda claims Hulk's divorce attorney Ann Kerr told her attorney Marianne Kircher, according to The Tribune.

However while Linda's attorneys did receive Morgan Stanley statements, The Tribune reported the documents showed no money was ever withdrawn by Hulk, which Linda and her attorneys don't believe was the case.

In addition, one of Linda's other attorneys -- O. Stephen Thacker -- said he was told by Kerr that the money Hulk removed from the trust accounts had been placed into a limited liability corporation that neither he nor Linda had access to, according to The Tribune.  Instead only a third-party general partner -- Eric Bishoff, a wrestling promoter who has previously done business with Hulk -- had access to it.

"The wife fears that unless the husband is enjoined in any matter from further dissipating, secreting or otherwise disposing of the proceeds from the sale of the Miami house, the husband will continue to spend in secret the proceeds received from the aforesaid amounts," Linda's motion states, according to The Tribune.  "The assets constitute a substantial portion of the parties' marital assets."

Making the financial impact of their divorce proceedings more important was the late-August car crash involving Hulk and Linda's 17-year-old son Nick.

Nick was driving his father's 1998 Toyota Supra when he lost control and hit a raised median, spinning the vehicle and causing its rear end to strike a palm tree.   Nick's front-seat passenger -- 22-year-old U.S. Marine John Graziano -- spent several weeks in critical condition in a medically-induced coma.  Graziano suffered a broken skull and is expected to need lifelong care that will probably require he spend the remainder of his life in a nursing home.

Following a more than two month investigation by police, Nick was arrested on charges of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury; using a motor vehicle in commission of a felony; being a driver under 21 operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of 0.02% or higher; and having illegal window tinting.

Graziano remains in critical condition at Tampa's James A. Haley VA Medical Center, and his parents Debra and Edward have previously stated they feel a lawsuit against the Hogans will be necessary to pay for their son's long-term care. 

John's attorney George Tragos told The Tribune he thought Hulk and Linda's divorce would help if and when a lawsuit is filed.

"No one knows where your stuff is more than your wife," Tragos told The Tribune. "Your wife knows all the secrets and it's in her best interest to have all her assets accounted for. I believed during the divorce all the assets would be revealed."
