The 23-year-old reality star took the court-ordered panel on ex-husband Corey Simms' behest in order to keep primary custody of their 5-year-old twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah.

Messer passed the test, and discussed rumors about her drug use later in the episode. The reality star told a friend a doctor prescribed her pills to help her cope with migraines, but asserted, "I'm not, like, over here abusing medication."

Messer responded to criticism of her parenting on the Season 6 premiere last week. The couple agreed to shared custody in December 2014, but Simms later sought full custody on the grounds Messer is an "unfit mother."

Messer came to fame on Season 2 of MTV series "16 and Pregnant," and went on to star on "Teen Mom 2."

She is also mother to daughter Adalynn with second husband Jeremy Calvert, and shared a message about love this week following word she and Calvert finalized their divorce.
