Details regarding Lamar Odom's condition keep spilling out but it remains unclear whether he will pull through.

"[The Kardashians] are pretty sure this is goodbye, but they're praying for a miracle," a source close to the family told People of Odom's health status. "They know that God has the power to heal him, but that's really the last hope at this point. This is really bad."

A source said Odom suffered kidney failure but underwent a successful dialysis treatment Wednesday, according to the New York Daily News. Still, TMZ is claiming Odom's chance of survival is 50/50, as four of his organs are failing.

Odom, a former NBA star and the ex of Khloe Kardashian, was hospitalized Tuesday after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. According to sources, doctors said "cocaine and opiates" were found in Odom's system and brain damage is "likely."

Sheriff Sharon Wehrly from the Nye County Sheriff's Department also confirmed to Us Weekly that Odom "had used up to 10 tabs of sexual performance enhancements over a three-day period."

"His doctors think he could be okay," an insider told the Daily News with caution. "He is still critical, in ICU. So, anything can happen."

Loss of kidney function caused by drugs or trauma can improve over time although the extent of Odom's kidney damage may not be known for months at this point.
