Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian's wedding reportedly left the groom's family "appalled."
Humphries' family "mostly looked appalled by the entire thing," a source told Us.
"Everybody felt awkward, like it was all for the cameras and more like a TV show than a wedding." However, the source also claimed Humphries' family still "cheered when Kim and Kris were pronounced husband and wife." E! will air Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event, a two-part special documenting the wedding event and the activities leading up to it, on October 9 and October 10. According to Us, Kardashian repeatedly told guests the overly extravagant ceremony -- which featured a Swarovski crystal cross at the altar and "rhinestones up to wazoo" -- was "our version of the royal wedding." The event was "100 percent Kardashian," another source told the magazine on the ceremony, which took place in front of 450 guests at a private estate in Montecito, CA. "It was so hard to take it all seriously," a third source added. Humphries, 26, and Kardashian, 30, got engaged in May after six months of dating. (Photo credit E!)
