Kourtney Kardashian has confirmed she's expecting her third child with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick.

The preview featured Kardashian and Disick talking inside their walk-in closet when Kardashian simply stated, "I'm pregnant."
"What? Holy [bleep]!" Disick replied.
The scene will air during the second half of Keeping Up with the Kardashians' ninth season. The couple will reportedly welcome their child in December.
Kardashian, 35, and Disick, 31, began dating in early 2007 and already have two kids together -- a son Mason Dash, who was born on December 14, 2009, and a daughter Penelope Scotland, who was born on July 8, 2012.
"They don't know the gender yet," a source told Us Weekly. "They just want the baby to be healthy."
Reports surfaced earlier this week that Kardashian is pregnant again and she's "only a few months along," according to Us.
