Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly left the hospital and taken their new baby boy, Saint West, home.

The couple left the Los Angeles hospital after Kim gave birth to their second child on Saturday, according to E! News, in what Kim described as "the most painful experience ever."

Due to Kim's condition called placenta accreta, which is when the placenta grows too deeply into the uterus, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star spent two extra hours in delivery and her natural childbirth was extremely painful, TMZ reported.

However, Kim previously admitted she wanted to avoid a C-section, so she was probably still thrilled with the outcome.

Kim's rapper husband reportedly made the birth just in time after jetting out of New York City where he was accepting an award for his footwear designs.

Kim's mother Kris Jenner and her older sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian were at Kim's side when she was in labor. Scott Disick was spotted dropping Kourtney off. The family also allegedly took a moment to visit Lamar Odom in the same hospital, as he's still recovering and seeking treatment from his October 13 drug overdose.

Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner weren't able to make Saint's arrival because they were away in London and Miami respectively.

Kim just revealed Saint's name on Monday morning. He was welcomed into the world weighing eight pounds and one ounce, but his birth won't be featured on Kim's reality show, as according to TMZ, no cameras were present at all.

Saint joins Kim and Kanye's two-year-old daughter North West.
