Kim Kardashian and fiancee Kris Humphries are dutifully getting their pre-nuptial agreement in order, sources told TMZ.com

The celebrity Web site said Saturday that both parties appear to be willing to write up a deal and are telling their friends, "It's the smart thing to do."
TMZ said Kim learned the wisdom of a pre-nup from her late father, celebrity lawyer Robert Kardashian.
Kim and Kris will have an impressive mutual nest egg once they set up housekeeping together.
Kris earns about $3.2 million per year playing for the New Jersey Nets. Miss Kardashian is reportedly worth about $35 million.
