'Jersey Shore' fourth season to debut Aug. 4, Season 5 returning to Jersey

It will be a particularly red-hot summer on the beaches of New Jersey when the gang from MTV's "Jersey Shore" begins shooting their fifth season.

The cable network said this week that Snooki and company would be on set in Seaside Heights beginning later this month.
The cast is currently in Italy to wrapping up episodes of Season 4, which will debut Aug. 4, The Hollywood Reporter said Saturday.
The debut will be preceded by a July 28 hour-long special on the history of the popular reality series.
