Kim Fields got a taste of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and it was apparently enough.

The Dancing with the Stars contestant has announced she won't be returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta for Season 9.

"It feels more like Brett Favre and the Jets, you know -- I'm done," Fields said during a Monday appearance on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, referencing the quarterback's only season with the NFL team.

"I think about too, at the beginning of the season, what did my mama say? 'Get in and get out.' Listen to your mama."

Fields, 46, signed on for Season 8 of the Bravo reality series last year.

"It was for the experience," the former The Facts of Life and Living Single star admitted on the radio show. "It was to be able to do a genre that I'd been asked to do before and finding a way to do it that made sense for my team and for the family. Overall it was a really great experience."

She also addressed her ongoing feud with co-star Kenya Moore, who slammed Field's career in an episode that aired earlier this year.

"I don't think we can really always judge how people feel about their own successes," Fields noted. "Just enjoy what you got!"

The eighth season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta debuted in early November and will wrap early next month.

Meanwhile, Dancing with the Stars' 22nd season just premiered Monday night, and Fields and her pro partner Sasha Farber tied for eighth place with another couple on the judges' leaderboard after performing the cha cha. They received 20 out of 30 points from the judges.
