The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, still legally named Khloe Kardashian Odom, has not sent in the required paperwork for her divorce, and so her December 2013 filing will be dismissed later this month, TMZ reported.

A document recently filed by a court in Los Angeles notified Khloe -- who has been dating rapper French Montana on and off for months -- her divorce filing will be expiring at by the end of April due to her inactivity. She had the chance to file a default divorce judgement but opted out.

"She just doesn't want to deal with the divorce and won't take any action," a source told TMZ.

Khloe and Lamar wed in 2009 and had been so tight they created a fragrance called "Unbreakable" together and also starred in multiple seasons of Khloe & Lamar on E!

The couple split in Summer 2013 because Lamar was allegedly hooked on drugs and cheating on her. He's currently not playing pro basketball and his whereabouts have been unknown.

But according to another source, Khloe and Lamar actually "hooked up" in February when French Montana was in the picture, Us Weekly reported.

"They are talking and texting. Khloe doesn't know what to do. She can't say no to either of them," the second source told Us.

OK! Weekly claims the pair has been secretly meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn in Calabasas, which is just a few miles from the house she shares with brother Rob Kardashian. Khloe and Lamar have allegedly spent many nights there together in the past couple months.

"Lamar is so sorry for everything and is begging Khloe to take him back," an insider told OK!. "He's been sober for six months and is determined to prove that he's a changed man."

On an episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons, Khloe admitted to her mother Kris Jenner she'd still be married to Lamar if she had her way. Well, maybe Khloe's getting what she wants.
