Karrine Steffans denies being behind 'Being Bobby Brown' divorce

Bobby Brown's alleged "other woman," Karrine Steffans, denies she caused the singer's impending divorce and says she loves U.S. comedian Bill Maher.

The self-proclaimed "Video Vixen" said, contrary to rumors, she was not the cause of Brown's split from singer Whitney Houston -- and only has love for her former boyfriend Maher, TMZ.com reported.

"It's not my place to speak about their marriage," said the 28-year-old former hip-hop video actress. "I can't break up a 16-year marriage in a few months. I'm not that super.

"I still love Bill. He's the love of my life. I know you'll see us back together."

Houston filed for divorce from Brown earlier this month. Their 14-year marriage had been filled with reports of rampant drug use by both singers and an affair by Brown, the former New Edition member, with the "Confessions of a Video Vixen" author.
