"Jon is planning to fly to Los Angeles in late November for a meeting about appearing on one of the shows," a source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.
"Nothing is a done deal yet. This is in the very early stages."
However the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star's representative said Gosselin is "focused" on the well-being of his eight children, his divorce proceedings from his estranged wife Kate Gosselin, and the lawsuit TLC filed against him late last week for breach of contract.
"He is preparing for a public service announcement but not any reality TV whatsoever," the representative told Access Hollywood.
