Jenelle Evans goes under the knife and gets breast implants

Jenelle Evans has a brand new set of twins.

The 20-year-old Teen Mom 2 star has followed through with her pursuit of a bigger chest, as she got breast implants Wednesday.

"Just got my boobies finished :) now at home recovering ! With [my best friend Allison Elise] as my nurse lol" Evans tweeted that morning, following up with a subsequent tweet in the afternoon.

"Thank u so much [my boyfriend Kieffer Delp] for being there for me today and everyday. :) u r always there when I need the most !!!"

Evans told one of her fans via Twitter she is very happy with her boob job although she's not feeling well.

"Great perfect size and now the pain No good :/ but I'll live lol," the reality TV star wrote that same day.

Elise had tweeted a picture of an excited Evans in her hospital gown prior to going under the knife.

Reports Evans was looking to get breast augmentation surgery had surfaced in late March.

"She got tired of having small breasts. Jenelle decided on a full 'C' cup because she does not want to go too big," a source told E! News at the time, adding she had consulted with a cosmetic surgeon and received full support from her mother.
