Based on what's happened to Jason Wahler since his split from The Hills star Lauren "LC" Conrad, American Idol sixth-season finalist Chris Richardson may want to rethink who he goes out with.
"It was their first date," a "pal" of Conrad's told In Touch. "And it seems to have gone well." The pal added that Conrad thinks Richardson is "totally hot," according to In Touch. Conrad also presumably thought Wahler was a hottie, but the two experienced a "dramatic break-up" prior to filming The Hills' second season last fall. Since then it's been all downhill for Wahler. Last September, Wahler reportedly punched a tow-truck driver as well as a Los Angeles city employee and was accused of using racial slurs against two of the victims who are African-American. He pleaded no contest to one count of battery and received a two-month jail sentence and was also required to attend a one-day program at the Museum of Tolerance. Not even a week before he was sentenced, Wahler was arrested again in Greenville, NC for underage drinking and resisting a public officer during a raid at a local nightclub. Then in early April he was arrested yet again -- this time in Seattle -- and was booked on charges of assault and criminal trespassing after he punched a hotel security guard in the mouth and then passed out in the building's hallway.
