Former The Bachelor star Matt Grant has apparently found love again.

Following his break-up with Shayne Lamas -- whom he had proposed to in ABC's May broadcast of The Bachelor: London Calling's finale -- the 28-year-old U.K. native is now happily dating Sarah Robarts, his 39-year-old British publicist, People magazine reported Thursday.

"It's turned into the best relationship I have ever been in," Grant told People. "I'm completely in love. She's extremely beautiful inside and out. She's one in a million."

According to Grant, he first met Robarts when he hired her as his publicist after his The Bachelor: London Calling participation had ended with his engagement to Lamas.  However, even though he maintained a strictly professional relationship with her while he was engaged to Lamas, Grant admitted to being intrigued by Robarts.

"I couldn't help but to think, 'Man she's hot,'" he told People.

According to People, the pair began dating "months" after Grant and Lamas "officially" ended their relationship in July when Grant and Robarts went out for a round of drinks that ended up turned into the couple's first date.

"We connected on every level," Grant told People. "If she had been on The Bachelor, there would not have been a competition. It would've been the shortest season ever."

Grant also insisted that the couple's age difference -- Robarts is 11 years his senior and has two children -- never impacted his interest in Robarts and has only made him work harder in trying to impress her.

"Age is not an issue," he told People.

"Sarah is very much on my level. The only thing is I've had to bring my game up since The Bachelor. She's way too intelligent for some of the talk I used on the show," Grant continued in what appears to be a thinly-veiled shot at Lamas and the rest of his former The Bachelor bachelorettes.

People's report that the couple only began dating "months" after Grant and Lamas had "officially" broken up in July appears to directly conflict a Wednesday In Touch Weekly magazine announcement -- and subsequent ABC confirmation -- that Grant has been dating Robarts for four months.

"Yes, I can confirm that Matt has been dating Sarah for four months now," an ABC publicist told Access Hollywood after being asked to confirm In Touch's claim on Wednesday.

Grant and Lamas' July 24 break-up announcement had followed more than a month of rumors that the couple had already split.  Grant and Lamas had denied that they had broken up multiple times, including during a pre-taped appearance on ABC's July 7 broadcast of The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose, which aired immediately after the broadcast of the finale of DeAnna Pappas' The Bachelorette edition.

"[The rumors are] completely not true," Lamas told The Bachelor and The Bachelorette host Chris Harrison at the time.
