Former 'Dancing with the Stars' Sara Evans' husband files slander suit

The husband of country entertainer and former "Dancing with the Stars" competitor Sara Evans has filed a $20 million slander suit in a Tennessee court against one of his wife's divorce lawyers.

Craig Schelske said Nashville attorney John Hollins Sr. slandered him by telling "untruths" in the media, The (Nashville) Tennessean said. Hollins' firm also was named in the suit file in the Davidson County, Tenn., Circuit Court.
Hollins said he would not comment on the lawsuit, citing a gag order in the Evans-Schelske divorce case, which began in October.
