Food Network has announced Season 14 of Food Network Star will premiere with 10 finalists competing for stardom on Sunday, June 10 at 9PM ET/PT.

Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay will return to the series as mentors and judges.

Over the course of nine episodes, the finalists will be tasked with challenges that test both their cooking and on-camera skills, as they attempt to prove to Bobby and Giada they have what it takes to be a television star.

"This season's talented competitors have put everything on the line and left everything they have known behind to follow their dreams, hoping to earn a spot in the rarified world of food television," Food Network and HGTV executive Courtney White said in a statement.

"Guided by Bobby and Giada, viewers will be amazed and inspired to see how the finalists develop, not only in the kitchen but in front of the camera, as they transform into what they hope will be the next Food Network Star."

During the season premiere of Food Network Star, the 10 finalists will be greeted by Giada and Bobby at Universal Orlando Resort's Volcano Bay, and they'll be in for a surprise, as the finalists will learn the results of Food Network Star: Comeback Kitchen.

Comeback Kitchen, co-hosted by Valerie Bertinelli and Tyler Florence, will debut Sunday, May 27 at 9PM ET/PT and feature eight former finalists battling it out over the course of three episodes for only one spot on Season 14 of Food Network Star. The first episode will feature the hopefuls reinventing a TV dinner.

The Comeback Kitchen contestants are Trace Barnett from Season 13, Adam Gertler from Season 4, Debbie Lee from Season 5, Yaku Moton-Spruill from Season 12, Sarah Penrod from Season 10, Amy Pottinger from Season 13, Monterey Salka from Season 12, and Jernard Wells from Season 12.

Food Network Star's new season will kick off June 10 with each finalist making a portable version of his or her own signature dish. They must then convince park guests to try their unique creations, and one contestant will be sent home by the judges.

The finalists this season will eventually host their own live show with Ree Drummond in attendance, put their judging skills to the test to impress People magazine editor-in-chief Jess Cagle, and more.

Besides Ree and Jess, other special guests on Food Network Star this season will include Sunny Anderson, Richard Blais, Anne Burrell, Fran Drescher, Tyler Florence, Tregaye Fraser, Duff Goldman, Alex Guarnaschelli, Robert Irvine, Loni Love, Damaris Phillips, Jason Smith, Casey Webb, and Molly Yeh.

In addition, FoodNetwork.com's Star Salvation, hosted by Alex Guarnaschelli, will return and give finalists eliminated during the season a chance to rejoin the on-air competition.
