Thursday's episode of CBS' Big Brother 5, featuring the show's first houseguest eviction of Mike Lubinski, performed well in the ratings and won its time period in both total viewers and all key demographics.

According to the final Nielsen ratings for Thursday, July 15, Big Brother 5 drew 8.76 million viewers, a 6.0/11 rating/share in households, a 3.8/12 in Adults 25-54, a 3.3/12 in Adults 18-49, and a 2.8/11 in Adults 18-34.

Compared to the same night last year, CBS was up 12% in households, 14% in Adults 25-54, 28% in Adults 18-49 and 55% in Adults 18-34.

Powered by stellar repeat performances from CBS' CSI and Without A Trace dramas, CBS accomplished a clean sweek for the night, finishing first in households (8.0/14), viewers (11.68 million), Adults 25-54 (4.7/13), Adults 18-49 (3.9/13) and Adults 18-34 (3.0/11). Compared to the same night last year, CBS was up 14% in households, 15% in Adults 25-54, 18% in Adults 18-49 and 25% in Adults 18-34.
