Erin Andrews claims she was unaware of what competing on Dancing with the Stars would do for her career.

"It's actually been surprising," Andrews told USA Today in a Thursday report.

"I will be honest: I did this show to get happy. I never thought of what it would do for me in my career. It's crazy."

The ESPN reporter and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy finished third during Dancing with the Stars recently-concluded tenth season, which premiered a week after Michael David Barrett was sentenced to more than two years in federal prison after he was convicted of secretly shooting nude videos of her.

Andrews ESPN contract expires July 1 and she told USA Today that the number of offers her agent has received since her Dancing with the Stars stint ended has "just been crazy."

She added she is currently weighing several offers including hosting gigs and reporting jobs.

"I definitely know sports is in there, is in the mix," she told USA Today.

ESPN spokesman Josh Krulewitz told USA Today the network is "hopeful that Erin will remain" with it.
