Dean McDermott was spotted outside his family's Los Angeles home for the first time in weeks, UsMagazine.com reported Tuesday.

The "Tori & Dean" star has been married to Tori Spelling for seven years and the reality TV stars have four children together, however he entered rehab last month to deal with health and personal issues after a woman told the press she had an affair with him.

UsMagazine.com said McDermott was photographed carrying several children's car seats, with his 5-year-old daughter Stella nearby.

Spelling was nowhere to be seen, the report said.
