Dancing with the Stars' eighth thirteenth-season performance show proved to be a perfect night for Iraqi war veteran and former All My Children soap star J.R. Martinez and professional partner Karina Smirnoff.

Martinez and Smirnoff finished in first place with a perfect 60 out of 60 possible points on the judges' leaderboard during the live broadcast.

Monday night's show featured the competition's five remaining couples dancing one routine to their own choice of music and then performing a second "instant" dance in which they learned the music selection for a jive routine only 20 minutes prior to performing it live. Each dance was eligible to receive up to 30 possible points from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli.

Martinez and Smirnoff performed a waltz which received 30 points -- the season's first perfect score of three 10's -- from the judges and an "instant" jive that earned 30 additional points.

American women's soccer star Hope Solo and former talk show host Ricki Lake finished tied for second place on the judges' leaderboard with 52 total points.

Solo and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy danced a quickstep which received 27 points and followed it with an "instant" jive that earned 25 points. Lake and partner Derek Hough performed a waltz that earned 28 points and an "instant" jive which received 24 additional points from the judges.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians sibling Rob Kardashian and partner Cheryl Burke finished in fourth place on the judges' leaderboard with 51 total points.

After dancing a quickstep routine that earned 27 points, Kardashian and Burke returned to the dance floor and performed an "instant" jive that received 24 points from the judges.

Legal commentator Nancy Grace and partner Tristan MacManus finished in fifth -- and last -- place on Monday night's leaderboard with 44 total points after they danced a tango that received 24 points and an "instant" jive which earned 20 additional points.

The judges' scoring and home viewer votes that were cast after Monday night's performances will now be combined and one of the five celebrity and professional pairings will be eliminated on Dancing with the Stars' eighth thirteenth-season results show tonight at 9PM ET/PT.
