CBS now accepting applications for 'The Amazing Race 4'

CBS has announced that it has started accepting applications for The Amazing Race 4. Now, while this doesn't necessarily mean that there will be an The Amazing Race 4, it is a very good sign for Race fans.
- The application deadline is September 20, 2002
- Semi-finalist interviews are currently scheduled for late October and early November
- Finalist interviews are currently scheduled for November
Based on this information, it appears they are anticipating a January/February 2003 race and mid March 2003 broadcast premiere (similar to the production schedule for "The Amazing Race 2.")
