MTV has announced the second season of Catfish: The TV Show will premiere on Tuesday, June 25 at 10PM ET/PT.

Hosted by Nev Schulman and Max Joseph, Catfish's new 16-episode season will continue to unite young couples from across the country who met and got to know each other online without ever meeting in person.

Prior to the debut of Catfish: The TV Show's second season, MTV will air the special Hooked on Catfish: The Road to Season Two on Monday, June 17 at 11PM ET/PT. The special will feature Schulman and Joseph unveiling a 30-minute preview of the romantic online stories to unfold in the upcoming edition.

The preview will include a clip of Cassie, a girl from Florida, who pursues her fiance Steve, an Atlanta rapper whom she's never even met. It was also chronicle Anthony and Marq, a story of an Iraq veteran who is drawn to "a sensitive mystery man," according to MTV. In addition, the hosts will re-live some of the most memorable stories and fan favorites from the show's first season.  

The network will also air a marathon of Catfish: The TV Show's first season on Sunday, June 23 beginning at 9AM ET/PT.
