Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra celebrated two years of marriage this week.
"HAPPY ANNIVERSARY babe @catelynnmtv we have been together for 12 years & now 2 of those years we have been married. I am so lucky to have found you when I did. I love you SO much! #HappyAnniversary," he captioned a lengthy post to Lowell.
Baltierra's post recounts his history with Lowell, including the birth of their daughter Carly, whom they gave up for adoption. The couple have since welcomed daughter Novalee.
"From middle school sweethearts at the tender age of 13, to two teens in a crisis facing the odds together, to becoming parents and building a household together, to playfully goofing around together like children as if no one is watching -- all these things and many more are the reason I want to make a promise to you, a promise that as long as I'm alive you will never be alone," Baltierra wrote.
"You are my angel, my soulmate, my best friend. I believe you were brought into this world and destined to be loved by me, cherished by me. I anxiously await to be able to love you forever as my wife," he added.Lowell, Baltierra and Novalee reunited with Carly on Saturday for the first time in two years.
Lowell later said on Twitter that it was "awesome" to see Novalee and Carly play together.
"Carly ran right to me with a huge smile on her face when & I was holding Nova, it was pretty precious," Baltierra added.
Lowell and Baltierra came to fame on the MTV series "16 & Pregnant" before starring on "Teen Mom." The show co-stars Farrah Abraham, Amber Portwood and Maci Bookout.
