Carrie Underwood captured Album of the Year for "Some Hearts" at the 42nd annual Academy of Country Music Awards presentation in Las Vegas.

"Thank you guys so much," she said. "This is such an honor. I thank God for giving me this great opportunity."
Recognizing her producers, band members and other involved in making the album, Underwood said, "It took a lot of hard work. For everything that brought us here tonight, thank you so much."
