Bruce Jenner reportedly has a "sex change coach" to guide him in the process of becoming a female.

The 64-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is getting help from Dr. Renee Richards, a transgendered person for nearly 40 years, in anticipation of more bodily changes and changing his name to "Bridgitte," Star magazine reported, according to RadarOnline.

Jenner's "sex change coach" reportedly warned the reality TV star his choice is "a serious, life-altering procedure and is not something to do unless you absolutely have no other choice," according to a Star insider.

"She said someone should consider antidepressants first, because life could become an irreversible train-wreck if you're not completely certain about having the surgery."

Richards, who was born Richard Raskind, reportedly began a gender change in 1975 in the hopes of playing women's tennis.

Jenner has been showing signs of an ongoing sex change for months. The former Olympian showed off shoulder-length hair and a new ombre dye job in February shortly after getting his Adam's apple shaved down in a procedure more technically known as a "laryngeal shave."

The cost of a laryngeal shave starts at $5,000 and "is, in many cases, a part of gender-reassignment surgeries," NYC-based cosmetic surgeon Michael Jones told Us Weekly at the time. "But that's not the only reason to have it."

Jenner, however, was apparently claiming his case was not like most.

"I just didn't like my trachea," he said, according to the magazine.

Jenner's transformation has seemingly accelerated since his October split from Kris Jenner, his wife of 22 years. However, plastic surgery is nothing new for the reality TV star. He reportedly got a nose job and partial face-lift in 1984 followed by a second corrective face-lift in 2009.

The former athlete has "never felt comfortable in his own skin," a source told Us in February. "He wants to have a more feminine appearance."

Jenner's children are reportedly supportive of whatever decisions he makes although his youngest children Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner are "confused" about it, according to Star.
