The 64-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and former Olympian was photographed sporting shoulder-length hair with dark roots and lighter tips in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Us Weekly reported.

His new hairstyle follows a recent January procedure in which he reportedly underwent a "laryngeal shave" to minimize the appearance of his Adam's apple.

Jenner's latest physical changes will unlikely end recent rumors he's considering undergoing a sex change.

The cost of a laryngeal shave starts at $5,000 and "is, in many cases, a part of gender-reassignment surgeries," NYC-based cosmetic surgeon Michael Jones told Us in its February 17 issue. "But that's not the only reason to have it."

Jenner apparently likes to claim his case is not like most.

"I just didn't like my trachea," he said, according to the magazine.

Jenner's transformation has seemingly accelerated since his October split from Kris Jenner, his wife of 22 years. However, plastic surgery is nothing new for the reality TV star. He reportedly got a nose job and partial face-lift in 1984 followed by a second corrective face-lift in 2009.

The former athlete has "never felt comfortable in his own skin," a source told Us. "He wants to have a more feminine appearance."

Jenner's children are reportedly supportive of whatever decisions he makes although rumors have circulated recently Kim Kardashian is not happy about him stealing her spotlight. Kardashian also wants her stepfather to look like a normal man when he walks her down the aisle in May to marry fiance Kanye West, Star magazine reported.
