HOME > Tim Gunn's Guide to StyleBravo's 'Tim Gunn's Guide to Style' to premiere September 6Bravo has announced that Tim Gunn's Guide to Style, a new reality series that will feature the Project Runway fashion guru helping hapless fashion dilemmas transform into stylish individuals, will premiere on Thursday, September 6 at 10PM ET/PT.
"I want every woman to achieve her style zenith," said Gunn. "Looking good takes hard work and commitment, but this series makes it fun. Each of the women I worked with discovered their own signature look, with a little coaching. My hope is that we'll inspire others to achieve their own stylish identities." At the conclusion of each Guide to Style episode, Gunn will call on his friends from the fashion industry to put their finishing touches on the women and complete the makeovers. In addition to Gunn, Guide to Style's participants will also be assisted by show host Veronica Webb, a former model who will guide the women through their shopping excursions. "If anyone can redefine the meaning of 'makeover,' it's Tim Gunn," said Frances Berwick, Bravo's executive vice president of programming and production. "This series is unique and relatable. Viewers will learn from Tim and Veronica as they usher women with serious fashion issues through transformations both inside and out resulting in a renewed confidence and a personal style that they personally believe in." Bravo first announced Guide to Style back in January. The eight-episode series is being produced by Stone and Company, with Scott Stone and Sarah-Jane Cohen serving as executive producers. |
