Bravo has announced Work Out's third season will premiere Tuesday, April 15 at 11PM ET/PT and revealed the identities of new season's four new Sky Sport & Spa trainers.

Work Out's second season was a tumultuous one for the Beverly Hills-based fitness center's staff.  In addition to chronicling the staff's reaction to the unexpected death of trainer Doug Blasdell, the season also showed Sky Sport & Spa owner Jackie Warner dealing with several personal problems, including a breakup with her girlfriend Mimi and coming to terms with her father's suicide as she attempted to reconcile with her mother

Work Out's third season will pick-up where the second installment left off, with Warner living with her new girlfriend Brianna and continuing to develop Sky Sport & Spa's new Skylab venture, a high-end spa/fitness experience for overweight clients who want to change their minds, bodies and overall health.

In addition to the show's four new trainers,  Sky Sport & Spa employees Rebecca Cardon, Jesse Brune, Gregg Butler, Erika Jacobson, and Brian Peeler will return for the show's third season.

Cardon, who finished third while competing on The Amazing Race's sixth season, will be dealing with her short-lived romantic relationship with Warner coming to an end while also continuing to try her hand at television hosting gigs, as she's currently the spokesperson for two state of the art fitness products.

Following its April 15 debut, Work Out will move into its regular Tuesdays at 10PM ET/PT time period beginning April 22.

Sky Sport & Spa's four new trainers -- and their Bravo-supplied bios -- are:

- JD Jordan

JD Jordan is tall, dark and handsome. He's been a masseur to many of Hollywood's leading artists and now wants to take his newfound passion for personal training to the next level. He's looking to Warner to take him under her wing and show him what it takes to be a top trainer in a very competitive world. In Jordan's personal life, he's looking for an intelligent, masculine guy and says he's sick of choosing men that need to be saved. He wears his heart on his sleeve, and too often that's what gets him in trouble.

- Agostina Laneri

Agostina Laneri is a 26-year-old Argentinean who is not afraid to speak her mind. Since winning Bravo's Hollywood & Highland competition to join Warner's gym as a trainer, she has enjoyed a flourishing career at Sky Sport & Spa, and even stole a kiss from her new boss, Warner.

- Greg Plitt

Greg Plitt is a trainer with abs of steel. He has adorned more than 50 fitness magazine covers and considers himself somewhat of a celebrity in the field. His body will have the male trainers envious and the female trainers salivating -- his mere presence will heat up the gym and he is determined to stir things up at Sky Sport & Spa.

- Renessa Williams

This bubbly South Dakotan is all smiles and is looking for the right guy. She's trained alongside Peeler for years and considers him a brother and confidant. Unfortunately, she has no idea that her ties with him may put her in jeopardy with her new boss, Warner.
