Big Brother's Season 18 cast has been announced by CBS.

CBS has revealed the 12 houseguests who will be competing for the $500,000 grand prize on Big Brother's upcoming edition, which premieres with a two-night event Wednesday, June 22 from 8-10PM ET/PT and Thursday, June 23 from 9-10PM ET/PT.

Hosted once again by Julie Chen, Big Brother will feature the houseguests spending a record 99 days in the house filled with cameras that record their every move 24/7. 

According to the network, Season 18's new twists -- which are rumored to also include additional returning Big Brother prior houseguests -- will be disclosed during Big Brother's two-night debut.

Two houseguests may be familiar to Big Brother fans -- Paulie Calafiore, who is the brother of Season 16 runner-up Cody Calafiore, and Tiffany Rousso, the younger sister of last season's pro poker player and third-place finisher Vanessa Rousso.

- Paul Abrahamian, a 23-year-old clothing designer from Tarzana, CA.

- Victor Arroyo, a 25-year-old gym manager from Slidell, LA.

- Corey Brooks, a 25-year-old baseball coach from Dallas, TX.

- Paulie Calafiore, a 27-year-old deejay from Howell, NJ.

- Bronte D'Acquisto, a 26-year-old student who currently resides in Denver, CO.

- Bridgette Dunning, a 24-year-old traveling nurse who currently resides in Ventura, CA.

- Zakiyah Everette, a 24-year-old preschool teacher from Charlotte, NC.

- Jozea Flores, a 25-year-old makeup artist who currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.

- Glenn Garcia, a 50-year-old dog groomer and former police detective from the Bronx, NY.

- Michelle Meyer, a 23-year-old nutritionist from Washington Township, MI.

- Natalie Negrotti, a 26-year-old event coordinator who currently resides in Franklin Park, NJ.

- Tiffany Rousso, a 32-year-old high school teacher who currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
