Aras Baskauskas has gotten engaged to his girlfriend of four years Christy Petersen.

"I didn't think I'd be nervous, but when push came to shove, I was super nervous," Baskauskas told People of the moments right before he popped the question.
Baskauskas, a 32-year-old musician from Santa Monica, CA, reportedly got down on one knee on a rocky point of the Pacific Ocean and presented Petersen with a handmade Jessica Seaton engagement ring after the couple watched the sunset together.
"She said yes," he added, "and we celebrated that night over Mexican food and margaritas!"
The romantic event took place just after Petersen finished a photo shoot for DAWN, her women's line, and was captured by a photographer whom Baskauskas had hired, according to the magazine. The former Survivor: Panama -- Exile Island winner had reportedly been planning the proposal for weeks beforehand.
Baskauskas got voted out of his tribe after the merge and sent to Redemption Island during last week's Survivor: Blood vs. Water broadcast. His brother Vytas Baskauskas is playing as the "loved one" and is currently still in the game.
