Alex Woytkiw got the rose from JoJo Fletcher on Tuesday night's two-on-one date with Chad Johnson.

Alex, a 26-year-old U.S. Marine from Oceanside, CA, was thrilled to survive because not only did he really care about JoJo, but he also despised Chad and everything he stood for. Alex and Chad butted heads since the beginning of the show, and Alex called it a good vs evil showdown.

During a Wednesday interview, Alex -- who is still on the show and in the running for JoJo's heart -- discussed his battle and issues with Chad.

Below is a portion of Alex's interview. Check back with Reality TV World soon for much more, including what he thinks about rumors plaguing his fellow suitors like Jordan Rodgers and Grant Kemp.

Reality TV World: Chad claimed he just reacted to guys' constantly ganging up on him and bothering him, that he never started anything himself. Do you understand his viewpoint at all? And could you elaborate on comments you made about Chad last night, like how he just wanted to be on-camera?

Alex Woytkiw: To be quite frank, Chad's perspective on everything and how he was behaving to me was -- I think the show is doing a solid job of, at least in last night's episode and the last couple of episodes, showing where guys in the house were coming from.

I think there's a lot of stuff that unfortunately the audience can't see because there's only so much time and there's a lot to press into these episodes. I think the general consensus around the house is that he was two-facing. I think that's pretty clear to see.

And we all had an idea, I mean, we were really confused on how his relationship with JoJo was going because we all had seen him in action face-to-face with us and, last night, I certainly got to see it. I was there, on the date, and I got to see him and how he was behaving. And I had to call it out.

As far as the comments that I made about him and being on the show for alternative reasons, quite frankly, I don't even remember saying that. But I think it's clear to see through how he was behaving that I wouldn't take that back, that he was there not to fall in love.

Are you worried at all that Chad is going to come after you now? After all, he threatened to find Jordan at home.

Alex Woytkiw: I would say that, the same way I felt during all of these exchanges in real life, Chad is a Chihuahua. He likes to bark. So, I'm not concerned for myself or any other guy in the house in regard to any threats he's made, because he was a big talker and I think the show showed that. He never did anything physical because he wasn't going to do anything physical. He just liked to threaten people.

Could you speak to how some of the things went down in terms of getting the security guard and Chris Harrison involved? How unsafe did you truly feel and what was the process like when doing something about it?

Alex Woytkiw: I would say there was an evolution of events with Chad and the guys in the house, and my relationship with Chad was a shared relationship. Like, everyone didn't like Chad.

I think I was more vocal to his face about it, and there were obviously guys, like [Evan Bass] for instance, who was physically assaulted by Chad on the Group Date. I think it was in Episode 3. So some guys said a lot to his face and some guys confronted him in different ways.

And the whole security guard thing, it was just about taking proactive measures for the show. I really respected them for doing that because there were people sleeping in a room with this guy. We're sitting on a couch, for instance, talking, and you're seeing these exchanges going on and you can see that we're all extremely uncomfortable.

They don't like him, and he's threatening to punch people's teeth out, and then those same guys are going to have to go sleep in a room with him. So, I think [producers] on the show saw that happening and took corrective measures, like, "Hey, we got your guys' back." And I commend them for it.

Jordan told the cameras that Chad has "mental issues" and is "unstable." Did you all agree with that? Did you think Chad was darker than just his words and threats?

Alex Woytkiw: Yeah, for us guys and experiencing it, for me, I know that on multiple occasions, we'd look at each other and be like, "Is this even real life?! Is this guy really doing this right now?" There's stuff happening all around us and Chad's thing is that when Chad does what he does, if you don't have an opinion about it, then something is wrong.

Because he was so overtly down everyone's throat, and yeah, to me, he was so dark and so weird that it didn't seem real. I questioned why he was even there. He was just trying to be on TV.
