The 52-year-old reality star filed to end her marriage Monday in Los Angeles, nearly six weeks after she and the 66-year-old musician announced their split.

Yolanda Foster cited irreconcilable differences for the divorce and listed the couple's separation date in November. The reality star requested spousal support and legal fees from her husband.

"Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways," the couple said in December. "We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together."

The couple wed in an 11/11/11-themed ceremony on Nov. 11, 2011. The reality star shares three children, Gigi, Bella and Anwar, with first husband Mohamed Hadid, while Foster is dad to five daughters, Allison, Sara, Erin, Amy and Jordan, with previous partners.

"My Gigi, my Bella and my Anwar [are helping me through]," Foster told People in December. "I'm grateful to have a job and, you know, I hope to be moving forward to a bright future and just trying to get through it one day at a time."

Foster moved out of the couple's home and into a new apartment last month, although David Foster is still paying for her Lyme disease treatment. The musician recently defended his wife after her "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-stars suggested she's faking her condition.

David Foster is a 16-time Grammy winner worth an estimated $30 million. He was made chairman of Verve Records in 2012 and has produced music for such stars as Whitney Houston, Barbra Streisand, Madonna and Celine Dion.
