Basketball Wives: Los Angeles will feature the wives and significant others of NBA players on the Lakers and its rival team the Clippers.

The cast of the new spinoff series will include Kimsha Artest, Gloria Govan, Laura Govan, Jackie Christie, and Imani Showalter as well as additional unspecified "others," according to the network.

Artest is the wife of LA Lakers star Ron Artest; Gloria -- who will look familiar to Basketball Wives viewers as she was previously featured on the show's first season -- is the fiancee of Lakers player Matt Barnes; Laura is Gloria's sister, the former fiancee of Gilbert Arenas, and the mother of Arenas' four children; Christie is the wife of former Clippers star Doug Christie; and Showalter is the ex-fiancee of Charlotte Bobcats star Stephen Jackson.

The 10-episode, hour-long series will chronicle the lives of the women as they attempt to juggle their relationships, infidelity issues, children, and friendships. Although the Basketball Wives: Los Angeles' cast may seemingly live glamorous lives, they will also be shown managing their households and beginning to realize their own career ambitions.

Basketball Wives: Los Angeles is being produced by Shed Media and executive produced by Shaunie O'Neal, Nick Emmerson, Jennifer O'Connell, Sean Rankine, Alex Demyanenko, Jeff Olde, Jill Holmes and Noah Pollack. Tom Huffman is serving as a consulting producer.

In addition to Basketball Wives: Los Angeles, VH1 also announced it has ordered a new reality dating series Siggy Flicker, which will premiere on Sunday, October 16 at 10PM ET/PT.
