U.S. actress Tori Spelling says she is happy she and her former "Beverly Hills, 90210" co-star, Shannen Doherty, will be working together on a "90210" spin-off.

Doherty left the iconic 1990s series amid reports she was difficult to get along with on the set of the teen soap opera that Spelling's father, the late Aaron Spelling, produced.

But Tori Spelling insisted she holds no grudges against Doherty.

"It is going to be great," she assured Usmagazine.com during the weekend. "The fans have been wanting this for a long time."

Doherty will again play Brenda Walsh, a stage actress who returns to West Beverly High as a guest director for the school's musical, the entertainment news Web site said.

"She is a huge part (of the show,)" Tori Spelling said. "Any original cast member is huge to the fans. She was there from the beginning. She was '90210.' Shannen and Jason (Priestley) -- they were the Walshes."
